Welcome to Clause Pilot. These Terms of Service govern your use of our contract review and business agreement support services, as well as any digital products and physical goods offered at clausepilot.top. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Clause Pilot provides professional review, drafting, and consultation for business agreements, tailored to your needs. Our experts analyze clauses, suggest revisions, and deliver final documents electronically. All services are subject to the terms outlined below.

3. Digital Products

We may offer downloadable templates, guides, and toolkits (collectively “Digital Products”). Delivery is automatic upon purchase. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your internal business purposes.

4. Physical Goods

Occasionally, Clause Pilot may offer printed materials or branded merchandise. All orders are processed from our facility and shipped to the address you provide. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Clause Pilot is committed to client satisfaction. Please review the policies below based on the type of purchase:

5.1 Professional Services

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the agreed start date are eligible for a full credit toward future services. • If you request a complete refund before any substantive work begins, we will refund the fees paid, less any transaction costs. • Once our experts commence drafting or review, services are considered delivered due to the time and expertise developed; refunds are not available at that stage. • You may request to reschedule an appointment once without penalty if made at least 24 hours in advance.

5.2 Digital Products

• If you are unable to access or download a Digital Product, contact us within seven days for a replacement or full refund. • All refund requests must be made via our contact form with your order details.

5.3 Physical Goods

• If a shipped item is defective or damaged, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for return at our expense and issue a full refund upon receipt. • Returns for reasons other than defect must be initiated within 14 days; you are responsible for shipping costs, and refunds will exclude original delivery charges. • Items returned used, altered, or missing original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

6. Modifications to Terms

Clause Pilot reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted at clausepilot.top and take effect upon publication. Your continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
